architects.bd ("we," "our," or "the platform") is committed to respecting the privacy of directory visitors, profile claimants, and consultation clients. This policy describes how we collect, store, and process personal data under applicable data privacy principles and the laws of Bangladesh.
2. Consultation Inquiries & Consent Logging
When a user submits an architectural consultation brief via `/consultation`, we collect the client's name, email, phone number, organization, project parameters, and project description.
To ensure complete transparency, every consultation submission records a Two-Stage Consent Audit Record capturing the timestamp, IP address hash, and exact terms acknowledged by the user. We do not sell or rent consultation data to third-party telemarketers or ad networks.
3. Directory Public Facts vs. Private Data
Directory entries consist strictly of publicly sourced facts (such as studio names, published built works, educational citations, and publicly announced architectural awards). We do not publish private residential addresses, personal mobile numbers, or uncorroborated financial information.
4. Data Subject Rights & Takedown
Any individual whose profile or attribution appears on the site has the right to review the cited sources, request factual corrections via `/request-correction`, or request removal via `/request-removal`. Removal requests are processed in accordance with our directory integrity policy.
