1. Nature of the Directory

architects.bd is an independent editorial directory and architectural research index. Inclusion in the directory is an editorial determination based on public records and documented criteria; it does not constitute an endorsement, official credentialing, IAB licensure certification, or commercial agency partnership between architects.bd and any listed architect or firm.

2. Consultation Advisory Terms

The platform consultation service provided through `/consultation` is an independent advisory service operated solely by the architects.bd advisory desk. Submission of a consultation brief:

• Does NOT send a private direct message or contract to any architect.
• Does NOT create an architect-client relationship with any listed practitioner until an independent, bilateral contract is signed directly between the client and that practitioner's studio.
• Is provided for informational and spatial scoping purposes.

3. Intellectual Property & Media Permissions

All project descriptions and studio profiles published on architects.bd are original editorial syntheses compiled with proper citations. Project authorship and architectural copyrights remain the exclusive intellectual property of the credited architects and firms.

Where written reproduction rights are pending or unavailable, architects.bd intentionally utilizes neutral geometric placeholders.

4. Limitation of Liability

While architects.bd exercises rigorous two-source corroboration standards, the platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. architects.bd disclaims liability for inaccuracies in historical records or outcomes of private commercial engagements between clients and independent studios.
